Emmanuel has a first degree in Microbiology and has extensive research experience from interning at the Federal Institute of Industrial Research Oshodi ( FIIRO ) and the Nigerian Institute of Medical Research (NIMR). He is currently a beneficiary of the Covenant Applied Informatics and Communication Africa Centre of Excellence (CApIC-ACE) Scholarship hosted at Covenant University, pursuing an M.Sc. degree in Bioinformatics. His research interests are in computational biology and infectious diseases research. He aims to make computational techniques such as machine learning more accessible to biomedical researchers in the healthcare domain.
